As the chief operating officer for the American Counseling Association, the world's largest association representing more than 55,000 professional counselors in various practice settings, Natasha works in conjunction with the CEO to drive strategy for the ACA to ensure a high level of collaboration between staff and volunteer leadership of the organization, ensuring that the ACA continually exceeds the expectations of its members.
Prior to joining the ACA, Natasha was a senior executive with Bostrom, a leading association management company, where she served as executive director to two trade associations: the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation and the Greeting Card Association. In addition, Natasha previously served as the executive director of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs.
Natasha provides associations with her expertise in collaborative executive leadership, advocacy and communications, innovative programming, operational effectiveness and renewal, strategic planning, and membership advancement. She specializes in engaging all stakeholders in identifying and connecting ideas, resources, and opportunities to help meet and exceed strategic objectives.
Natasha is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) where she has served on the CEO Advisory Board and on the Review Team of the ASAE Annual Meeting, as well as on the Development Committee of the ASAE Foundation.
Natasha received her bachelor’s degree from American University (D.C.), and resides in Washington, D.C.
