ACA Members in Washington DC

Thirty-nine ACA members visited Washington, DC this week to advocate on behalf of Medicare coverage for counselors, federal support for school counseling programs, and mental health addiction treatment parity legislation. The group met with Rep. Pete Stark (D-CA) in addition to other members of Congress and attended training sessions as part of ACA's 2008 Legislative Institute.
