Bookstores and other resellers must complete this form to request permission to return books purchased from the American Counseling Association. All returns are subject to the following policies:
- No returns later than 180 days from the date of the original invoice.
- Invoices must be paid in full before a return authorization will be approved.
- Books must be in unused and salable condition.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- A credit, less a 25% restocking fee, will be available to use against future purchases.
- Credits must be used within 180 days of issuance or will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be granted.
- Clearance priced items may not be returned.
