Modern Medicaid Alliance Membership & Engagement

ACA has secured membership in the Modern Medicaid Alliance (MMA), a coalition of 125+ organizations, including the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

• ACA has joined the Alliance’s bi-weekly policy discussions and Medicaid advocacy initiatives.
• The MMA has issued a statement rejecting Medicaid funding reductions.
• The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Association became new coalition members, reinforcing the importance of Medicaid advocacy for vulnerable populations.
