The director of HCTC Services is responsible for recruitment, evaluation, training, licensing and the support of therapeutic foster families; enabling the families to meet the child’s 24 hour supervision and treatment needs.

Counselor: Child & Adolecent Services- East Valley Provide strength-based short-term and solution-focused counseling interventions for child/adolescent (C/A) and caregivers. Provides individual family and group interventions to address needs identified by the Child and Family Team (CFT). Provides crisis interventions and clinical consultation for Southwest Network staff and CFTs.

Postgraduate degree required in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. Licensed/certification in the State of Arkansas . One to three years work experience preferred.

The Therapist provides therapeutic, clinical, and social services to clients. The Therapist provides access to therapeutic treatment and education to improve skills while helping clients and families achieve their optimal level of emotional health. Services include providing basic consultation, individual therapy, clinical services for patients/families, teaching, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.

Counseling Supervisor – Alcohol & Drug Counselor Temecula, CA Under direction of the Clinical Director, the Counseling Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinical counseling services.

Under the direction of the Deputy Executive Director, the Drug/Alcohol Program Director will manage all program activities to meet contractual agreements set by Bienestar on behalf and for its clients.

Clinician will provide counseling using applied psychotherapeutic techniques to individuals, families or groups wherein interpersonal relationships are examined for the purpose of achieving more adequate, satisfying, and productive individual and/or family adjustments. Exact title will depend upon specific licensure and experience of candidate hired.

Substance Abuse Counselor / DiDi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center Glendale, CA Providing comprehensive counseling and educational services, in a community setting, to persons with substance abuse problems, at risk for substance abuse or diagnosed with substance abuse or chemical dependency.

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR: The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of mental health services that may include initial intake assessments, evaluations, therapy including individual, family and groups, crisis intervention, and linkages and referrals to appropriate services.

The Clinician will provide individual and family counseling and intensive case management, wraparound service and crisis intervention to youth and their families referred by the Alameda County Parent Truancy court, due to a history of chronic truant behaviors. The Clinician will evaluate needs of clients and develop treatment plans and interventions that respond to their needs in coordination with other team members of the School Engagement Program (SEP), along with other community partners. The Clinician will also work with youth and families to assist them in maintaining the greatest possible school attendance, along with maintaining family stability through access to community resources.

OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions has an immediate need for an Employee Assistance Program Counselor in our San Francisco office. The EAP Counselor is responsible for taking inbound calls to provide telephonic assessment and solution focused consultation to clients calling regarding their behavioral health benefits. In addition to assessment and triage, the successful candidate will engage in short-term problem resolution, authorization and referrals for routine and crisis callers.

Under the general direction of the Team Leader or Program Director, the Case Manager facilitates the implementation of individualized Service Plans. This position provides client advocacy services and case management strategies.

Under the supervision of the Captain, the Correctional Counselor II (Supervisor) assigns and reviews the work of subordinate Correctional Counselor I’s with the program unit. Evaluates staff performance and takes and/or recommends appropriate action. Provides casework services to selected inmates. May carry a reduced caseload. Makes recommendations to Parole Services regarding the parole or retention of inmates.

We are looking for two licensed clinicians. 1) A LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist), to work as a School Based Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to provide individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, teacher consults, and parent consults at various schools throughout the Compton/South Los Angeles area. Eligibility to provide clinical supervision to ASW or MFTI clinicians is desired.

The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide age appropriate, culturally and linguistically competent, comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment for mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence and medical needs. He/she will provide peer/family counseling and support, screening, assessment, brief treatment by utilizing the IMPACT (Improving Mood Promoting Access to Collaborative Care Treatment) Model, consultative services, education and engagement, and referrals/linkages to services as needed.
